Cherry G80-1192 DIP Switches?

I have recently acquired Cherry G80-1192 AT keyboard with MX black switches. I have it working fine using a PS/2 adapter, but it has an irritating electronic click which I would like to turn off.

Can anybody tell me what the pair of DIP switches on the bottom of the unit do? I assume one of them switches between XT/AT signalling.

For future reference, the key-click can be temporarily disabled using the "Alt+`" combination on a UK layout.

I still don't know what the dip-switches do, but the keyboard works fine with them both in the off position.

Cheers,
Martin

My guess would be it's an AT/XT keyboard and the dip switches change that.

Maybe a photo would help!

One of these switches should be for switching PC/AT/XT whatever, the other might have some other function.

The clicking is not a bug, it's a feature!

Get a normal G80-1000 for typing.

Also, there is no wiki article about this keyboard.
