Need lube for Alps.

Hello all. Call me crazy, but I want to open up the alps switches in my Silicon Graphics AT101 and lube them up because some of them have a lot of friction.

Now I like the tactile feel, so I don't plan on removing the click leaf, but in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKnoJui9Z7I) he uses a lube that is apparently only sold in Korea.

So I'm asking you for a safe lubricant that can be easily obtained in the US. Thanks!
