I have two questions about Cherry MX switches:
1. What is the jumper wire option for the Cherry MX switches, and what is it used for?
2. What is the Cherry MX Leveling Mechanism Kit?
Cherry MX Leveling Mechanism Kit, jumper wire option?

Think of the jumper as a wire connecting two points on the PCB.
The Cherry Corp G99-xxxx Leveling Kit is just the stabilizers. They are not getting much love at Geekhack among the Leopold crowd.

I don't mind the Cherry Stabilizers for the most part, but they can make the spacebar feel a little stiff/mushy sometimes. Other stabilized keys aren't so bad, though. The Filco spacebar is the best I have ever used.

It seems at least part of the reason why Cherry stabilizers feel mushy is the stabilizer bottoms out before the key switch. Perhaps shaving a bit of length off the top of the stabilizer stems would improve the feel?
