Hi, I'm a keyboard fan from Taiwan :)

Very pleased to come here to share with you information about the keyboard design

I designed a new keyboard frame KBC60%
I hope to share in GH60,But I did not GH60

Refer to my previous design

http://deskthority.net/keyboards-f2/kbc ... -t389.html

Design Focus:

a.Clamshell storage space, can be placed MINI USB cable, easy to carry out
60% of the keyboard to go out quite easily, if the USB cable can be incorporated in the function of adding even

more ideal. It can be forget to bring the USB cable out to avoid the dilemma.

b.Use ABS material, to achieve lightweight design

c. Hight of the Keyboard can be adjust
I always liked adjustable keyboard, if they can add this features it would be ideal.
I am a industrial designer, so I am quite familiar with the product design process

After I use 3D graphics software, the 3D rendering completed in full accordance with the ratio of 1:1
And in the frame I want to add functionality.
This is a 3D drawing final look, I have considered the feasibility of the die mold. This is certainly not problem.

thanks for sharing, the case seems fine although a bit bulky. Maybe you don't need the USB compartment, couldn't you just place a set of handles to wrap the cable around?

Edit: exactly how you did in your previous project

Clamshell?

How about a lid that folds right over the keys to protect them during travel, like a laptop's display? A hard clamshell would really toughen up a keyboard for use on the road. Perhaps use it as an adjustable foot when flipped open, to give the keyboard as much comfort as possible in cramped typing environments? Or just be detachable.

Very nice! I like this case and your earlier case too. Both look excellent.
