Any content is good content. Now that ripster signed up here too, maybe HE will write the ALPS bigfoot article. He loves writing articles. Oh yes.daedalus wrote: I'll gladly write the Alps plate spring article. Maybe the low-profile Alps switches if poked enough. Does this count?

http://deskthority.net/wiki/Keyboard_ma ... and_brands
Please add the according tags where missing, though I think I got em all for now.
Edit: Also does anyone know how accurate the Model M table is on wikipedia? Sincie that stuff is public domain, we could use it as is, if its good and accurate? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Model_M_ke ... art_number

Haha - fat chance. I tried to offload the ALPS wiki at Geekhack but nobody is crazy enough to take it. Plus it keeps me ever so humble.
Have you guys seen the latest Dutch Keyboard Forum? Say hi to Princess if you register.

Oh, forgot to mention. I added the animated gifs to the Cherry MX wiki. Before you accuse me of stealing that idea I had it first but seeing yours reminded me to do it.
Just don't be like these guys in our friendly competition and sue me.

Yes, I think he made it so he can become the official KBC distributor and get free samples, too. I wish him best of luck!ripster wrote: http://clickykeyboards.tk/phpBB3/index.php
I think you are taking this whole thing a bit too serious. Don't we all have better things to do than going around asking for permissions and accusing other people the whole day? Anyway, while you are on the topic of stealing, is it okay if I crop your pics, add a sharpen filter and then add my own watermarks? That seems to work for some people.ripster wrote:Oh, forgot to mention. I added the animated gifs to the Cherry MX wiki. OOoops. Sorry about that. I resized the pic for the Wiki since the Wiki module doesn't resize for some odd reason. Since I do my work in Lightroom it popped out with the watermark automatically and I didn't catch it.
Fixed.

I suppose it could be. Original plan was to make white/black sub articles. Then I realized that there is basically little difference between the two, and no known data on either. So I guess it should indeed be an article now.

One thing about the CM name, according to the Geekhack wiki (I think it's a section originally written by Chloe) the tactile switches were officially called SKCM whereas the linears were called SKCL. I'm not sure as to the context in which CM was used.sixty wrote:Started a bit on the ALPS wiki, mostly translating Korean stuff. If anyone wants to continue with the 394843 color variants, please do.

If they don't know, you could ask IBM's Watson.
I'm just afraid this might happen.

I devised a new Infobox template for switches. I left the old one as is to not break other people's articles. You can see an example of it the buckling spring page

The use of " in the title of the Alps Bigfoot article. I went to rename it back to Alps CM switch, but I can't seem to be able to do that...
