Can anyone ID this font?

I'm trying to recreate a 1:1 replica of the Neb builder's plate from The Matrix. I took some screenshots and I've built a displacement map that will let me replicate the original plaque down to each bump and dent.

I have some troubles identifying the font though. It looks like a serif that has been shrunk, but I can't find a perfect match.
