Here is my ideal DT interface:
1. Go to website
2. Get a list of all threads with activity since my last visit
3. Be able to exclude threads from said listing for the future
It's sort of like autosubscribe..maybe
I'm not sure.

The result is quite similar to what you are looking for.

Yeah, I know the Spy, supposedly it works pretty well if combined with a greasemonkey script for filtering. Setting up that last part has been too much of a hassle so far.
I also don't like that it shows one thread multiple times. I will just read the entire thread anyway.

I have some of these features planned for the spy (also being able to exclude subforums), but it might be a while before I have time and dedication to work on it.
