To all Spanish speaking members; I need to call someone a total asshole. Please give me an extremely offensive insult in Spanish (and a translation). Bonus points for exotic terms

South -American though I don't really care if they understand or not. I was thinking of a combination of shit, prostitutes, asshole and their mother, but I'm happy with alternatives xD . Trust me the insult is MORE than deserved and will probably not get uttered in public anyway xD

"corprophage" is an excellent all-purpose insult because it is so quick and simple and a single word
being Greek/Latin, it is near-universal and you don't need to worry with translations
and if they don't know what you just said, all the better - makes them feel stupid, too

Well it depends on the country of origin. When I hear some bad words used on South America I can't avoid to laugh because I find them ridiculous. Not a bad thing, I guess some bad words said in Spain will surely sound the same for them.
If the guy is from Spain I could easily write some of them.

"Eres un hijo de puta come mierda".
A very polite and stylized way to call somebody "you are a shit eater son of a bitch". In Spanish it sounds quite rounded and compact, very aggressive and vulgar expression.
