I'm going to take a longshot and guess it's an Alps (because of the lit caps and num lock) point of sale keyboard. (Alps made their own pointing stick, after all.)
I belive I see the letters 'ation' or 'ntion' in greenish or blue right by your thumb. There are also some tall lettters at the end, perhaps a roman number or a signal logo á la cisco. Could be that the full word is communication or generation II?
Interesting placement of the mouse buttons, key caps with a large cutout for the mouse knob ought to make it fairly unique and identifiable.
