"Artificial Intelligence Is progressing faster than we can comprehend."
Nah, they still are stuck at the same barriers encountered in the AI bubble of the nineties (they found out they didn't have a clue), they just adjusted the ever moving and inflating definition of AI for marketing purposes, with defenses using the philosophical, like "what is intelligence anyway". It used to be concepts such as self-awareness and fundamental self-improvement. It's still, to this day, only stupid algorithms and data, there has been no fundamental breakthroughs. Not surprising, since we didn't crack human intelligence in the first place. It reminds me of the stupid Google Car, which failed on a newspaper blown in front of the car, as it had no concept of distinguishing it from a child. So they added more data to categorize into non braking events and braking events. Which is still imperfect. And which fails anyway when it's raining or dark, because of lacking sensor technology. Still a stupid machine, getting tricks programmed into it. An epitome of modern "AI". Which it is not.

True artificial intelligence will be when computers catch themselves before presenting the user with a meaningless, absurd or self-contradictory error message and take a long hard look at themselves …

@davkol
The descrpition is nonsense and irrelavant to the vid, but the content of the vid is pretty good...I didn´t read the description
@Findecanor
Then why don't you buy lottery if you have the ablility to know beforehand.
Biological boot loader for super digital ingelligence...
It seems the optimistic future of human might be being the pets of AI like tropical fish if we get lucky, or maybe just annoying flies to AI, if we are not lucky.
EDIT:
@webwit
Everything has to start like a stupid joke, the steam engine,the electric bulb, the video game "Pong", when a novelty first appears, the first thing it encouters is doubt and mockery, but it doesn't mean it has no future.
AT 18:00 of the vid, the tiny self-unfolding robot developed by MIT is so freaken creepy....

there are many vids about AI and humanoid technologies, and the influence or threat it'll introduce to human society, but to finish these vids takes a lot of time, this vid sums´em up in less than 30 minutes, that's the merit of it.

I didn't say that, you can make a one minute vid, but it doesn't mean it's necessarily good. And the vid we are talking about is there, everybody can click and watch it, no one can add value to or detract value from it by saying anyting in favor or agaisnt it anyway.
