So I recently got an m13 and I'm in the process of restoring it and have sourced new legs and a new "[" black key by sheer luck and awesome help from clickykeyboards and unicomps customer service. The last thing I need to find out is if it's possible to replace the M13's rubber clit mouse nub like you can on Thinkpad laptops can it just be taken off and replaced or not I don't wanna try pulling it off and accidentally breaking it would any one have any ideas on this matter.

Yes, we do have a limited number of spare black keys with white lettering for the Model M13 that are still in good condition.
In addition, we keep alot of other original parts for many model M keyboards (1985 - 1999).
If a specific part is not listed on our site, contact us directly and we can see what we can do to help to provide IBM original parts for those doing model M restoration work.
