I would seriously not do that, for the risk of borking the board- mine is now not nearly as fun to type on as it was when I got it, though partly due to me ofcourse. Tricky part is making sure these alps stay uniform across the board, and where I gave up
Even doing this mod I reckon makes the tactile point larger, due to the leaf bending as a whole before the slider slides past the tips, and prob as well with the pressure the points exert on the slider decreasing. Try it to understand what I mean without pics
Though do do it on your numpad just for k(l)icks.
The procedure is simple, just a bit labour intensive: there's 4 small tabs on the side of the actuator leaf (the one that is loose inside the key once you pop it open), the top two you can fold in so they won't be stabilising anymore, and then the leaf will create a click when pressured. It's kinda cool, just not quite.
