Yes I thought so to. The ambers does not seem to have an topside alps-logo though, which these ones have. Also, the SKCM is a clicky switch is it not? These are non-clicky-linears, It also kinda look like the SKCL ambers, however the do not feel particularity stiff. I guess the real-life description of them could be faded yellow (really, really faded).

Interesting in the sense that I don't remember seeing any auction with such a disgustingly dirty keyboard. I can only help but wonder how dirty it is inside (and, more worryingly, corroded). I am kinda tempted to buy it anyway, just to give it the cleaning it deserves and then post the pictures of the process.

This one, though, is the OAK version. The cases are not compatible, I believe. The back plate of the mode F is bend, and the case for this one is straight (look at the piece of plastic between the F-keys and the main key cluster. The curvature is visible there).
If these were Peerless switches, I wouldn't pay $10 for it.
