I have used the keyboard for about 3 years now and the W key suddenly stopped working. It works sometimes if I press hard enough, but that is rare. Is there any way to fix this or is there a keyboard repair shop I can take it to?

you can remove the faulty switch by desoldering it and replace it.
I've also seen some people suggest removing the keycap, pressing the switch with a toothpick or something small, dropping a couple of drops of isopropyl alcohol, then pressing the switch ~100 times
or you can contact Logitech, they will probably give you another keyboard for free (usually you don't even have to ship the old one back!)

Buy some MG Chemical Nu-Trol control cleaner and, after taking the cap off the key, spray some inside the switch. Then push it a bazillion times. See if this sorts it out, if not, it's fucked and it's time to proceed with either replacing the switch or seeing what remedy Logitech offers.
