So I bought this on eBay from a seller in Bulgaria despite it's dirty and rough appearance as I thought the legends looked cool (although there is quote a lot of wear) and I wanted to see what sort of switches it had. The switches are clicky and tactile like white Alps but some of the keys no longer click and overall have inconsistent feel. The keys are double-shot but the Cyrillic legends are pad printed.

I took the top housing off of one of the switches that no longer clicked.

For sure. All these KPT like keyboards are that way. Flimsy cheap and brittle plastic cases. I think the keys are nice especially since this keyboard obviously had a lot of use. The pad printed lettering only suffers on the most worn keys which have a lot of shine to them.

I have all the click leaves from mine if you want replacements for the inconsistent/broken leaves
