I'm looking at ordering a set of colored and a set of blank grey keys from unicomp for my model f, but the high cost to buy and ship to my country is making me iffy. Does anyone have any pictures of their keyboard with these keycaps so I can see if they look good?
Thanks!
Has anyone ordered custom keycaps from Unicomp for the Model f or m?

I've had two issues with Unicomp caps in the past: legend alignment (not applicable since you want blanks) and left-over flashing. The latter is easy to fix by removing the excess material (viewtopic.php?p=435653#p435653).

They are not that bad, and what are your other choices, anyway?
Go ahead and order some more stuff to spread out the freight costs. They make nice red/green/blue Control, Shift, etc sets, and a red Escape is always good. Get some bright whites for dyeing, and the white latex blanket is worth $10 if you ever crack it open for a bolt mod.

Ooooh give me an excuse to post a pic of my SSK!

"Geekhack" escape key, "Panic" insert key, Vim keys, and RBG modifier keys are from Unicomp. Notice the difference between the lettering on the Vim keys and the others, and the difference between the size and spacing of the words on the modifiers from the OEM IBM keys. That being said, I am happy I bought them and love the way they look on my board.
Function keys are not from Unicomp, they are custom "Rummikub" keys made for me by busgamer on his Etsy site.
