Cherry key caps on IBM model M

cherry key caps, how are they modded to fit on the model m? i cant seem to find any information, yet ive seen it done.

okay, thanks ripster. Will wait till GH is back up and have a look then, as that guide is okay. but not very clear. is it particularly difficult/fiddly?
