No. They are both flat.Icarium wrote:But aren't the Model M barrels curved and the acrylic pieces flat?
Some earlier versions of the Model M tester might have both screws tightened too strong, maybe that's where a curve comes from. You could try loosening them.

Erm... I stand corrected. I mean the Model F barrels are flat, the Model M doesn't have separate barrels, just a big chunk of plastic...Icarium wrote:Oh, maybe I confused them with the Model F barrels!

Would it be possible to cut up the plastic from a model M to create these?Mrinterface wrote:Erm... I stand corrected. I mean the Model F barrels are flat, the Model M doesn't have separate barrels, just a big chunk of plastic...Icarium wrote:Oh, maybe I confused them with the Model F barrels!

Yes, you are right. But the curve is very small, I didn't notice it at first. It is because of your comment that I checkedIcarium wrote:Wait, what? The Model F are definitely curved, they must be because the plate is curved.

I don't think so. I thought of doing that, but I finally decided to use model F barrels.Halverson wrote:Would it be possible to cut up the plastic from a model M to create these?
But if you find a way of doing so, I would really like to know how you did it!

I gotta try to find some of those in northern Ontario. So far, finding boards in Canada has been far and few between.Mrinterface wrote:I've got plentyHalverson wrote:If I find a broken model M, I will most definitely attempt it!![]()
