I have a filco and the rubber feet are coming apart. Is there anywhere I can buy replacements? It's pretty messy and the glue is everywhere.

You can buy rubber pads at any crafts store, unless you are specifically looking for those exact pads.

I really like the 3M Bumpon stuff in particular, but indeed you should be able to find rubber pads in most convenience stores. Or you could check ebay, amazon and the likes.
Be sure to remove glue residue before sticking new feet. I generally use naphtha for that. If your Filco's pads are fine and only the glue is coming apart, you can remove them, clean glue residue and stick them back with a strong adhesive.
