Here's my solution for a tiny housing for a Teensy + TMK used as an ADB to USB converter.

I used a Leviton QuickPort S-Video connector and the smallest QuickPort surface mount housing I could find. Everything fit (barely) and is working fine. I think I may have put the connector in upside down, but it's all good.

Good job.
Looks factory-made, that's impressive.
That's quite big balls of tin on that pullup resistor! I can't manage to get them this big in such a nice spherical form.

Heh, I guess you didn't see all of the plastic I had to clip off to get the thing to close. I believe I put the S-Video jack in upside down, but it's staying in place.
As for the solder, I wrapped the leads from the resistor around the wires coming out of the Teensy and just sorta globbed on the solder.
It all works, but I think I did a sloppy job overall.
