Just curious which of these rubber dome kbs are better for tactility and typing. I already own a Dell Quietkey but I was unsure if getting the KB-7953 would be an upgrade? I like the Dell Quietkey already and it's possibly the best tactile rubber dome I've tried so far, next to the Thinkpad keyboards. How would they rank against eachother? And I'm open for new suggestions as well.

These are good. My experience is that the the early Dells (made in Malaysia or Thailand, I think) are better than the later ones made in China. With those older ones, the domes are individual and discreet, colored (either light or dark blue, or yellow) affixed to a flat translucent sheet.
I really like the IBMs, I like the styling of the 8923 line better than the 7953 line, but they are pretty similar.

Honestly, I'd look into the BTC dome-with-sliders too, like the BTC 51 series. The Packard Bell 5131C is a great example, I got one recently myself and love it. Very snappy and tactile, not mushy at all.
