Plate Layout Sources?

Just a quick question: are there any plate layouts available? Preferably public domain? For Illustrator for ex.. Cherry MX with Cherry stabilizers. I only need the alpha part.

The DXF files (for CAD) for the Phantom custom keyboard were posted in the group buy thread.
As for the copyright issues, I suggest that you ask bpiphany.
