Grease for stabilizers

Hi,

I have a Filco board and rattling noise on the stabilized keys like the spacebar, shift, enter and so on. I get that noise when I tap the key slightly on the left or right edge.

After reading a few posts I have two (three) questions:
1: Is grease better then oil for the costar stabilizers?
2: Are there products that are easily availabe in Germany without importing and so on?
2.5: Read somehwere that "Finish Line Extreme Fluoro Grease" would be quite good. I couldn't find it in a german webshop but "Finish Line Premium Grease" is available on amazon. Is this one good too or should I get something different?

The Finish Line Premium Grease seems to be a good general use grease. It's relatively thin so shouldn't make the stabilizers sticky. It might sweat some oil though - so don't use it inside switches.
Personally i use liquimoly (~10€) transparent silicone grease - it might make your stabilisers sticky if you use too much, it kind of breaks in however after a while. I also use silicone grease to lube switches. German retail market sucks for lube though, the craftsmen have all the good stuff just can't find it on the net.
(Don't fall for the coffee machine grease ripoff)

I got this one here Liqui Moly 3312 Silicon-Fett transparent from amazon. I guess this was the one you mentioned. Applied it to the stabilizers and the rattling is gone, so thanks for that. As I have no intentions for lubing anything else with it I might be good for now but if anyone has some other recomendations for easily available products feel free to drop it in this thread.
